  • Admin > Workflow Management > Provision Doc Form Introduction
  • Various forms of premium form can be introduced.
  • Premium forms that are linked to vacation management, financial management, and attendance management can be introduced.

STEP 1 Browse to Provision Doc Form Introduction Page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Workflow Management > Provision Doc Form Introduction

 

STEP 2 To check the forms to be provided

  • Docswave offers approximately 40 premium forms.
  • You can click the form name to see how the components are organized through a preview of the form.
  • You can select a form category on the left to view only the forms of the classification you want.

 

STEP 3 Introducing forms to be provided

  • Check the check box in front of the form name you want to introduce.
  • Click the Deploy Selection Form button in the upper right corner.
  • Select the desired category and click Register. Only one category can be selected.
  • You can see the forms introduced in [Common Doc Form Management].
