  • Admin > Workflow Management > Common Doc Form Management
  • You can change the category to which the form belongs
  • You can copy the form
  • You can delete the form

STEP 1 Browse to Common Doc Form Management Page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Workflow Management > Common Doc Form Management

 

STEP 2 To move categories in a form

  • Check the check box in front of the form name you want to move.
  • If there is more than one checked form, the pencil-shaped status change icon is activated in the upper right corner.
  • You can move categories in a form by clicking the icon to select and register the category you want to move.
  • The category to which the form belongs is included in the document number.
    • Category Name_Date_Number

 

STEP 3 Copying Forms

  • Check the check box in front of the form name you want to copy.
  • If there is more than one checked form, the pencil-shaped status change icon is activated in the upper right corner.
  • The form is copied by clicking on the icon to select 'Copy Document Form'. The copied form belongs to the same category as the existing form.

 

STEP 4 To delete a form

  • Check the check box in front of the form name you want to delete.
  • Click the Delete form icon in the top right trash can shape.
  • Deleted forms can be found on the [Deleted Doc Form Management] menu. 
  • Deleting a form does not delete documents drafted using that form.
