[Workflow Management] To restore and permanently delete a deletion forms

  • Admin > Workflow Management > Deleted Doc Form Management
  • You can restore deleted forms.
  • You can delete the deleted form completely.

STEP 1 Browse to Deleted Doc Form Management Page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Workflow Management > Deleted Doc Form Management

 

STEP 2 To check deleted forms

  • You can check the deleted forms in [Common Doc Form Management].
  • By default, it is sorted by delete date, and you can use the sorting method in the upper left corner to sort it by form name.
  • Documents drafted in the form in this menu can be found in the <Deleted doc form> 
    • Admin : Admin > Data Management > Workflow documents Management > Deleted doc form
    • Member : Workflow > Workflow Documents > Deleted doc form

 

STEP 3 Restoring Forms

  • Check the check box in front of the form you want to restore.
  • Click the Repair Form icon in the upper right corner.
  • Select the desired category and click Register.
  • You can view the recovered forms in [Common Doc Form Management].

 

STEP 4 To permanently delete a form

  • The form deleted from this menu cannot be recovered.
  • Members are unable to view the documentation in a completely deleted form.
    • Admin : Admin > Data Management > Workflow documents Management > Deleted doc form
    • Member : Unable to view
  • Check the check box in front of the form you want to delete.
  • Click the Delete Form icon in the upper right corner.
