  • You can check the registration history of Seat.

STEP 1 Browse to Seat registration history Page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Fees/Payment Management > Payment History Management > Seat registration history

 

STEP 2 To check your registration history

  • Once the Seat is registered, you can check your registration history.
    • Registration date : You can check the date and time when Seat was registered.
      • Blue seats(payment Seat) are available for 10 years as of this date and time.
      • White seats are available for one year as of this date and time.
    • Registration Seat types : You can check the blue seat(payment seat)/white seat.
    • Registration quantity : You can check the quantity of the registered Seat. The remaining quantity can be found in the [Payment Settings] menu.
    • Registration history : You can check the reason for registration.
    • Payment ID : You can check the details of the payment when the seat is registered through card payment.
