[Leave Management] To modify the member's leave history

  • Admin > Leave Management > Leave History Management
  • The details of the members' vacation grant and deductions can be modified.
  • You can give a member of the organization and deduct it.
  • You can delete the leave granted or deducted.

STEP 1 Visit the Leave History Management page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Leave Management > Leave History Management

 

STEP 2 To check the vacation history of individual members

  • Vacation category : In Leave Shift Management, vacation categories are shown in sorted order.
  • Search period : Depending on the vacation standard date set by the Leave Management Preferences, the members' this one-year vacation period appears as the basis, and you can check for more than one year of vacation by changing it.
  • Vacation granting history : You can check the vacation details granted according to the vacation category and search period.
  • Vacation usage (deduction) history : You can check the vacation history used according to the vacation category and search period.
  • Total number of vacation days for each : Shows the total number of vacation days according to the vacation category and search period.

 

STEP 3 To grant/modify/delete leave

  • Giving a vacation
    • You can grant a vacation to the members using the + shape button to the right of the vacation days grant history. Click the check button to the far right after you have filled in all the blanks.
  • Modifying Granted Leave
    • Hover over the vacation history you want to modify to activate the pencil-shaped correction icon on the far right. Click to modify the content and click the check button in the same location.
  • Deleting Granted Leave
    • Check the check box in front of the vacation category, and then click Trash icon in the upper right corner. Deleted leave cannot be restored and must be granted anew.

 

STEP 4 To deduct/modify/delete a vacation

  • Deducting a vacation
    • You can deduct members' vacations by using the + shape button to the right of the vacation days usage (deduction) history. Click the check button to the far right after you have filled in all the blanks.
  • Modifying a Deducted Vacation
    • Hover over the vacation history you want to modify to activate the pencil-shaped correction icon on the far right. Click to modify the content and click the check button in the same location.
  • Deleting a Deducted Vacation
    • If a member of the organization cancels a vacation, you can delete the deduction details.
    • Check the check box in front of the vacation category, and then click Trash icon in the upper right corner. Deleted leave cannot be restored.
