
[Leave Management] To check leave history

STEP 1 Visit the Leave History Management page
- Access Docswave > Admin > Leave Management > Leave History Management
STEP 2 To check vacation history based on search period
- The vacation history shows the one-year vacation history based on the vacation standard date the admin set.
- The 'Leave use status' allows you to view a one-year history of all vacation categories created by the administrator in 'Leave Shift Management'.
- You can find more information about setting vacation standard dates in [Leave Management] To set up Leave Info
- The list automatically shows a one-year vacation period that includes today for each member, and you can check it by changing it to a one-year basis.
- If the leave standard date is the date of entry, the period of one year varies for each member and may include some dates last year or next year.
- You can view vacation details for each member by clicking the member's name.
STEP 3 To check vacation history according to vacation category
- The detailed vacation history shows the history of all vacations category created by Leave Shift Management.
- The 'Leave use status' allows you to view a one-year history of all vacation categories created by the administrator in 'Leave Shift Management'.
- In Leave Shift Management, the vacation categories are displayed in sorted order.
- Uncheck "Includes Vacation types not used" to view the usage history of the vacation categories you are using.
- You can check the vacation history for each member by clicking the member's name. You can select a vacation categories to view grant/usage by type.
