  • Admin > HR management > HR management preferences
  • You can set up required personnel input for organizational members of Docswave.
  • You can set up additional information, information disclosure, among Docswave's personnel information.
  • You can set the type of organization employment that Docswave uses.

STEP 1 Browse to HR management page

  • Access to Docswave > Admin > HR management > HR management preferences

 

STEP 2 Setting up HR information

  • Mandatory Input Personnel Information Settings : Select the required inputs from the personnel information of the organization members.
  • Set User Personnel Information : Set additional entries among the organization members' personal information.
    • The above information can be found on the following route.
      • Admin > HR management > Organization Chart / Member Management > Modify Member Info
      • My info > My information management
  • Organizational member information exposure setting: Set whether or not to expose employee information to members of the organization.
    • The above information can be found on the following route.
      • Org Info > Org Chart
  • If you do not press the 'Save' button, the information you create will not be saved.

 

STEP 3 To set up employment

  • You can set the type of employment, attendance, and vacation linkage of an organization member.
  • You can set it using the Add and Delete buttons on the upper right.
  • If you do not press the 'Save' button, the information you create will not be saved.
