STEP 1 Browse to HR management page
- Access to Docswave > Admin > HR management > HR management preferences
STEP 2 Setting up HR information
- Mandatory Input Personnel Information Settings : Select the required inputs from the personnel information of the organization members.
- Set User Personnel Information : Set additional entries among the organization members' personal information.

- Admin > HR management > Organization Chart / Member Management > Modify Member Info
- My info > My information management
- The above information can be found on the following route.
- Organizational member information exposure setting: Set whether or not to expose employee information to members of the organization.
- The above information can be found on the following route.
- Org Info > Org Chart
- The above information can be found on the following route.
- If you do not press the 'Save' button, the information you create will not be saved.
STEP 3 To set up employment
- You can set the type of employment, attendance, and vacation linkage of an organization member.
- You can set it using the Add and Delete buttons on the upper right.
- If you do not press the 'Save' button, the information you create will not be saved.
