This is a method of granting a vacation according to the vacation base date setting.
[ Set vacation base date ]
1. Select [Personnel Management] - [Personnel Settings]
2. Right screen [Set personnel standards]
3. Select the employment date and the fiscal year standard on the [Set vacation standard] screen within the personnel standard setting.
4. Save
※ Based on the date of employment ↔ Not applied immediately when changing the standard of the fiscal year, but applied at the date of employment and the arrival of the fiscal year
[ Details of leave policy based on date of employment ]
※ If you work for less than one year, you will be given one per month. From the second year or more, you will be given a lump sum according to the date of employment.
[Fiscal Year Leave Policy History ]
※ If you work for less than one year, you will be given one per month. From the second year or more, it will be granted on the fiscal year set by the organization.
[ Grants leave based on the date of employment ]
※ You need to manually enter the vacation details before using Daxwave.
1. Select [Personnel Management] - [Vacation History Management]
2. Select the name of the member to be granted a vacation
3. Select [+] on the right side of the vacation list
4. Enter vacation details and save them
5. Save
[Giving a leave of absence on a fiscal basis]
※ You need to manually enter the vacation details before using Daxwave.
1. Select [Personnel Management] - [Vacation History Management]
2. Select the name of the member to be granted a vacation
3. Select [+] on the right side of the vacation list
4. Enter vacation details and save them
5. Save
[Allow to Excel ]
1. Select [Personnel Management] - [Vacation History Management]
2. Select the Excel icon in the upper right corner
3. Select [Download vacation information Excel]
4. Enter the downloaded Excel file in order.
5. Save
6. Select [Upload Vacation Information Excel]
7. Upload saved Excel file
