[Attendance Management] To set up an application form for change of attendance

STEP 1 Introducing/copying T&A change application form
- Access Docswave > Admin > Workflow Management > Common Doc Form Management
- You can copy a document form by checking the check box in front of the form and clicking the active status change icon in the upper right corner.
- Access Docswave > Admin > Workflow Management > Provision Doc Form Introduction
- After checking the check box in front of the form, you can select a category by clicking the Selected Form Introduction button in the upper right corner and introduce a new form to [Common Doc Form Management].
STEP 2 Modifying a Form
- Admin > Workflow Management > Common Doc Form Management > Click on the form name
- Admin > Attendance Management > Attendance Management preferences > Attendance changes management > Click on the form name
- You can modify the form through two channels.
- If you delete the absenteeism change component(located at the bottom of the list), the form does not work with [attendance management].
- For other information, you can add entries to the form through the basic component, the connection component.

STEP 3 To set processes and doc form
- Admin > Workflow Management > Common Doc Form Management > Click on the form name > Click the button in the upper right corner
- Admin > Attendance Management > Attendance Management preferences > Attendance changes management > Click the button to the right of the form name
- Two paths allow you to set up processes and common information for this form.
- The process and common information you set up belongs to this form only
