[Individual Set-up] To delete and restore and permanently delete a personal forms

STEP 1 Browse to Personal Docs Form Management Page
- Access Docswave > My info > personal workflow management > Personal Docs Form Management
- Access Docswave > My info > personal workflow management > Personal deleted form management
STEP 2 Delete Personal Form
- Check the check box in front of the form name you want to delete.
- Click the Delete form icon in the top right trash can shape.
- Deleted forms can be found on the [Personal deleted form management] menu.
- Deleting a form does not delete documents drafted using that form.
STEP 3 Restoring Deleted Personal forms
- By default, it is sorted by delete date, and you can use the sorting method in the upper left corner to sort it by form name.

Documents drafted in the form in this menu can be found in the <Deleted doc form>
- Admin : Admin > Data Management > Workflow documents Management > Deleted doc form
- Member : Workflow > Workflow Documents > Deleted doc form
- Check the check box in front of the form you want to restore.
- Click the Repair Form icon in the upper right corner.
- You can view the recovered forms in [Personal Docs Form Management].
STEP 4 To permanently delete a deleted Personal form
- The form deleted from this menu cannot be recovered.

Members are unable to view the documentation in a completely deleted form. Even if my document is drafted in my form, it cannot be viewed.
- Admin : Admin > Data Management > Workflow documents Management > Deleted doc form
- Member : Unable to view
- All documents rewritten by other employees using my personal form will only be available to administrators.
- Check the check box in front of the form you want to delete.
- Click the Delete Form icon in the upper right corner.
