[Community Management] To set the authority to Create Board

STEP 1 Browse to Community Management Page
- Access Docswave > Admin > Community Management
STEP 2 Common board / Member board
- Community Management lets you manage bulletin boards that are set up in your organization.
- Common board : Only administrators authorized to manage the community can register and set up bulletin boards.
- Member board : You can manage it separately from the [Community] > [Noticeboard management] menu according to the bulletin board creation permission settings.
STEP 3 To set rights to create member boards
- You can grant permission to set up noticeboards for community.
- All members : All members of the organization are free to create and manage member boards.
- Department manager : Only members designated as department managers are free to create and manage member boards.
- If all are set to OFF, only master accounts, top administrator accounts, and general administrator accounts can create and manage bulletin boards.
