  • Admin > Community Management
  • It can be set up by the administrator so that members can create a bulletin board.
  • It can be set up by the administrator so that department managers can create bulletin boards.

STEP 1 Browse to Community Management Page

  • Access Docswave > Admin > Community Management

 

STEP 2 Common board / Member board

  • Community Management lets you manage bulletin boards that are set up in your organization.
  • Common board : Only administrators authorized to manage the community can register and set up bulletin boards.
  • Member board : You can manage it separately from the [Community] > [Noticeboard management] menu according to the bulletin board creation permission settings.

 

STEP 3 To set rights to create member boards

  • You can grant permission to set up noticeboards for community.
    • All members : All members of the organization are free to create and manage member boards.
    • Department manager : Only members designated as department managers are free to create and manage member boards.
  • If all are set to OFF, only master accounts, top administrator accounts, and general administrator accounts can create and manage bulletin boards.
