STEP 1 To verify organizational information
- You can view organizational information by clicking the organization name at the top of the dashboard.
- Organization information can be entered and edited in the [Organization preferences] menu of the administrator account.
STEP 2 Checking the document I'm going to approve
- You can check the documents I need to approve in the Document expected to be approved
- You can click on the document name to confirm the content and approve/reject it.
- You can move to the [Docs Approval] menu by clicking the shortcut icon to the right of the Document expected to be approved.
STEP 3 Checking out the document I recently drafted
- You can find documents from the last two weeks related to me in the most recent draft documents.
- You can click on the document name to view the content and view the progress of the approval and the published comments.
- You can move to the [Doc Draft] menu by clicking the shortcut icon to the right of the Latest draft document.
STEP 4 To check your organization's Notice
- You can check the posts entered on the '공통 게시판' bulletin board located on the organization's common bulletin board.
- You can click on the title to go to the post on the '공통 게시판' bulletin board to view the content.
- You can click the shortcut icon to the right of the Notice to go to the '공통 게시판' bulletin board.
STEP 5 To check Latest postings
- You can check the newly posted posts on the bulletin board that I can access.
- The name of the bulletin is displayed before the title.
- The common bulletin board appears in blue, and the members bulletin appears in green backgrounds
- You can click on the title to go to the appropriate post on the bulletin board to view the content.
- You can go to the Community Dashboard by clicking the shortcut icon to the right of the Latest postings.
