[Workflow documents] To add an attachment to a document

  • Files and related documents can be attached when drafting.
  • I can attach files and related documents to the document I drafted.
  • The approver with the Correction right may attach a file and related documents in his/her approval order.

STEP 1 Drafting a document with an attachment

  • Access Docswave > Workflow > Doc Draft
  • Go to the Create Document page for drafting.
  • You can attach a file to a document by selecting the third clip tab at the bottom of 'Process Settings'.
  • Click the Google Drive icon on the right side of the attachment to attach a file that you own on your My Drive.
  • Click the clip icon to the right of the attachment to attach a file on your Computer.
  • The attached file will be uploaded to the Google Drive in the master account.
  • Please note that the attached file has a capacity limit of 10mb per piece.
  • Click the + icon to the right of the related document to add a final approved document related to you.
  • Related documents can be added after inquiring only documents related to you (draft, approve, receipt, observe).

  • Click the document name to go to the viewing screen.
  • You can attach a file to a document by selecting the third clip tab on the right
