STEP 1 Go to Dashboard Page
- Docswave Connections > Admin > Dashboard
STEP 2 To check leave information
- If you draft the document using the vacation application form provided, the vacation date you entered will be registered in the vacation information.
- The vacation schedule appears according to the final vacation application form. You can check the contents of your vacation application by clicking the draft document icon for vacation information.
- General administrators who do not have permission to Data Management cannot check the contents.
- Use the link shortcut icon in the upper right corner to navigate to the Leave History Management menu.
- General administrators who do not have permission to Leave Management do not see the shortcut icon.
STEP 3 To check financial information
- Once the proposed document is finally approved using the Expenditure document form provided, the entered amount information is registered in the Expenditure Information.
- The criteria that appear this month include today, and you can find more information on the Expenditure History Management menu.
- When you select a currency basis by selecting the drop box in the upper right corner, the corresponding amount information appears.
- Once the documentation is finally approved using the purchase request form provided, the entered amount information is registered in the purchase information.

STEP 4 To check Certificate request
- The members of the organization can apply for a certificate and check the status of the certificate that has not yet been approved.
- Administrators can review, modify, and approve content from the Approval Request History Management menu.
