[Department Info Management] Checking attendance information for department members

STEP 1 Browse to the Department Attendance Info Management page
- Access Docswave > Org Info > Department Info Management > Department Attendance Info Management
- You can access it only if you are designated as a department manager.
STEP 2 Checking the commuting status of department members
- You can check the commuting status of department members.
- You can change the sort order by position, title, and name according to the most recent base date.
- The default search period is today and you can set a period to see the historical period.
- The maximum scan period is 31 days.
- You can only check member's commuting history, and admin can modify it from the [Attendance History Management] menu.
- Only the master, top administrator, and general administrator authorized to Attendance management are accessible.
STEP 3 Checking the working hours of department members
- You can check the working hours, overtime, and holiday working hours of department members.
- You can change the sort order by position, title, and name.
- The default search period is today and you can set a period to see the historical period.
- The maximum scan period is 31 days.
