STEP 1 Browse to the Department HR Info Management page
- Access Docswave > Org Info > Department Info Management > Department HR Info Management
- Only department managers can view the menu.
STEP 2 To check department member information
- On the left side of the Department HR Info Management page, you can find the department name where I am the department manager.
- The 'Includes sub-Department' check allows you to check the department member information of the department where I am a department manager or even the department member information in the sub-department.
- By default, department members are sorted by position and can be sorted by changing them by title and name.
- Click on the name of the department member to see the following information:
- Name, profile picture, position/title
- Basic / HR information, personal information, education, career, education / certification / awards, patent information, approval information(signature)
STEP 3 Downloading Department Member Information Excel
- You can download the information of a department member by clicking the Download EXCEL icon in the upper right corner
- The EXCEL sheet is categorized according to each information category.
