[Start Organizer] Set up my HR information

You can change my HR information registered by the administrator.

※ E-mail, authority, department, status, position/position, job, employee number, employment type, employment date excluded

[Change personnel information ]

※ Common: [My Information] - [My Personnel Information] 

Register / Change Profile Image

1. Select [Edit] image on the upper left of [My Personnel Information]

2. Register images registered on a PC

3. Done

Modify Name

1. Select [Pen icon] next to the name on the left of [My Personnel Information]

2. Enter a name to modify

3. Select [Check]

4. Done




Set Default Information

※ Language, country, time, and signature image settings

1. Select basic information on the left of [My Personnel Information]

2. Language, country, time zone, and signature image can be set.

※ Signature image: [Edit] - Select the image to be used as a signature on the PC

3. Save




[History Settings ]

※ Experience, project, academic background, education history, certificate, award history, patent information can be entered.

※ When deleting: Select a checkbox and select a trash can.

1. [My personnel information] The project on the left. Choose the menu to enter from your educational background, educational background, certificate, award history, patent information

2. Select [+] in the upper right corner

3. Enter history

4. Save
