  • You can have a video meeting with an organization member.

STEP 1 Browse to the Org Chart page

  • Access Docswave > Org Info > Org Chart

 

STEP 2 Requesting a video meeting from a member

  • Check of the organization that you want to have a video meeting with and click the Google Meet icon in the upper-right corner.
  • the member will receive an invitation to Google Meet, and will join the meeting when they click the Join Google Meet link in the mail.
  • The requested party will be moved to Google Meet and will join the meeting by clicking the Join Now button.

📌 If you are an organization member who is not using the same domain (e.g., @foreexample.com), the invitation may be in your spam mailbox.
