5. Enter in-screen information generated and select additional
6. Registration confirmation

4. Select Excel Upload
5. Select Download Contact Information Excel
6. Check downloaded files
7. Enter contents in order
8. Save
9. Select "Upload Saved Files" and confirm
10. Check uploaded contents
