Manage [Collaboration Management] Bulletins

You can change the bulletin board title and display the bulletin board you want to use from the Manage Bulletin menu.

There are 5 basic items available, and you can add 25 more when you use the premium.

※ Only managers with collaborative management authority can fill out bulletin boards.




[Check bulletin board type]

1. Select [Manager] - [Collaboration Management] - [Panel Management]

2. You can check the five basic items provided.




[Change bulletin board name ]

1. Select the pencil icon on the right screen of the bulletin board you want to change

2. Rename

3. Save

[Add Bulletin Board ]

※ You can add a bulletin board when using premium.

1. Select [+] in the upper right corner

2. Enter bulletin board to add

3. Select Save button

[Delete bulletin board ]

1. Select bulletin board to delete

2. Select the trash icon in the upper right corner

3. Check




[Setting whether bulletin boards are enabled]

1. Check whether the right screen is used or not

2. Select Active/Inactive

3. Check

[ Grant access to specific organizations ]

※ You cannot set access rights for the five boards provided!

※ Additional registered bulletin board authorization function can be used.

 

1. Deactivation of full access rights

2. Select department access authority

3. Select the department that allows access 

4. Check

[ Grant access to specific members of the organization]

1. Deactivation of full access rights

2. Select the right to access the members of the organization

3. Select members who are allowed access 

4. Check
