Do you see this message? "account.google.com refused to connect"
When you click on a form in Google docs (Google spreadsheet, Google Doc, Google PowerPoint) to draft a document in Docswave, can you see the following screen?
This phenomenon can be caused by the following two situations.
- More than one Google account has been logged into an Internet browser.
- You can use it through re-login after deleting cookies/cache, but the same phenomenon may occur if you access more than one Google account on your browser once again. In this case, the cookie/other site data deletion should proceed once again.
- Therefore, when using an Internet browser, please use only one account, and if you need to log in with another account, please use another Internet browser or Incognito tab.
- Access Docswave in Incognito tab while it is set to Block third-party cookies in Incognito
- Please change it to Allow all cookies through Cookies and other site data, or proceed with Docswave in normal mode.
I'll show you how to delete cookies/other site data at the bottom.
- Chrome browser
- Three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser window > Click Settings
- Click Privacy and security> Clear browsing data
- Advanced > Time range - Select All time > Check all check boxes at the bottom > Clear data
- Click Privacy and security > Cookies and Other Site Data
- General Settings - Allow All Cookies / Block third-party cookies in Incognito
(Docswave is not available in secret mode when set to Block third-party cookies in Incognito) - Click See all site data and permissions > Clear all data
- Edge Browser
- Three dots in the upper right corner of the edge browser window > Click Settings
- Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear browsing data
- Click Choose what to clear > Time Range - Select All Time > Check all check boxes at the bottom > Clear Now
- Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data > See All Cookies and Site Data > Remove All
- Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data > Block Third Party Cookies OFF
Check for errors when connecting to the secret window/Incognito tab. (General Settings - All Cookies Allowed)
