Do you see this message? "403. That's an error."
Do you see the following screen when you click on a form in Google docs (Google spreadsheet, Google Docs, Google PowerPoint) to draft a document on Docswave?
For this phenomenon, it is not a message provided by Docswave, but a message presented by Google itself.
If 403 Error appears, there may be various reasons, such as limiting access privileges, network connection speed, and cookies/other site data.
It is difficult to give you detailed information on Docswave, and you can check the resolution through the following route.
1. Deleting cookies/other site data from your browser
If method 1 does not work, please proceed with the following method by the members of the organization who see the phenomenon, including the master account.
2. Delete and Re-allow Third-party apps&services Google's Third-party apps&services on Docswave
I will give you detailed instructions on how to do method 1 and 2.
1. I'll show you how to delete cookies/other site data at the bottom.

Chrome browser
- Three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser window > Click Settings
- Click Privacy and security> Clear browsing data
- Advanced > Time range - Select All time > Check all check boxes at the bottom > Clear data
- Click Privacy and security > Cookies and Other Site Data

General Settings - Allow All Cookies / Block third-party cookies in Incognito
(Docswave is not available in secret mode when set to Block third-party cookies in Incognito) - Click See all site data and permissions > Clear all data

Edge Browser
- Three dots in the upper right corner of the edge browser window > Click Settings
- Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear browsing data
- Click Choose what to clear > Time Range - Select All Time > Check all check boxes at the bottom > Clear Now
- Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data > See All Cookies and Site Data > Remove All
- Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data > Block Third Party Cookies OFF
Check for errors when connecting to the secret window/Incognito tab. (General Settings - All Cookies Allowed)
- Access the secret mode window > Docswave > Log in to the account and access the organization

How to use secret mode by browser
- Chrome Browser: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (--Shift-N) simultaneously with your keyboard while the browser is running.
- Edge Browser: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (--Shift-N) simultaneously with your keyboard while the browser is running.
- Safari: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (--Shift-N) simultaneously with your keyboard while the browser is running.
- Firefox : Press Ctrl + Shift + P (--Shift-P) simultaneously with your keyboard while the browser is running.
2. Delete and Re-allow Google's Third-party apps&services on Docswave
(We recommend try it that all members of the organization who are experiencing this phenomenon, including the master account.)
1. Please log in with your Google account and access it through the path below.
▶Google Access Settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Select (click) ';Docswave' on the [Third-party apps & services] screen as shown below.
* Please be careful not to choose the wrong permission for other apps.
3. ;Docswave has some access to your Google Account > See details > Remove access
4. After that, log in to the Docswave homepage and get new Google permissions.
If you are already logged in from the homepage, please log out > login to allow Google permission.
