[Certificate Application] To check the history of the certificate I applied for

STEP 1 Browse to the Request History page
- Access Docswave > Workflow > Certificate Issue Application > Request History
STEP 2 To check the application document
- Basically, it is sorted by the date and time of application, and can be sorted by changing the document name, the date of approve, etc.
- The Status column lets you determine if the status of the certificate is in progress (waiting approve), final approval, and reject.
- In progress (waiting approve) : The document contents cannot be viewed because the administrator has not approved/rejected.
- Reject : The certificate has been returned, and you can check the reason for the reject by clicking on the document name. Preview is not supported.
- Final approval : A certificate approved by the administrator. Click the document name to view the preview.
STEP 3 Check feedback on returned documents
- You can check the reason for the return by clicking on the rejected document name.
- Rejected certificates do not support preview. Please check the reason for the return and apply again.
STEP 4 To print a approval document
- You can view the preview by clicking on the final approved document name.
- You can save PDF or print by clicking the print icon in the lower right corner of the preview screen.
