STEP 1 Browse to the Certificate Application page
- Access Docswave > Workflow > Certificate Issue Application > Certificate Application
STEP 2 To check the application form
- By default, it is sorted by form name, and you can sort it by changing it to Registrar and Modifier.
- You can click on the form name to see the information you need to fill out.
STEP 3 To enter application information
- Items registered in your personal information appear entered, and you can apply after modifying them.
- Entries that need to be created are entered according to the instructions set by the administrator.
