[Noticeboard management] To set access to My Board

  • Community > Noticeboard management
  • You can set access to the bulletin board you created.
  • You can set the use of the bulletin board you created.

STEP 1 Browse to the Noticeboard management page

  • Access Docswave > Community > Noticeboard management
  • Users outside of the administrator account can only be accessed if it is included as ON in Admin > Community Management > Authority settings.

 

STEP 2 To set bulletin board access

  • By setting full access, you can set up the department/members who can use the bulletin board.
    • Full access authority ON : All members of the organization can access the bulletin board and view the posts freely.
    • Full access authority OFF : Only selected members of the organization can access the bulletin board to view the post.
      • Department access authority : Click the Chart icon to select the department where you can access the bulletin board.
      • Member access authority : Click the People icon to select an organization member who can access the bulletin board.

 

STEP 3 To enable or disable bulletin boards

  • You can set it when you want to stop processing or hiding bulletin board.
    • Use status ON : The bulletin board is active and accessible to members
    • Use status OFF : The bulletin board is disabled and cannot be accessed by members.
  • Existing posts will remain and be disabled.
  • If you change it to ON again in the future, it will be activated as it is.
