The pop-up banner cannot be closed.

The reason why you can't close the Docswave pop-up banner is because you can't see the close button because you are currently using the computer screen loudly.

 

If you make the screen smaller through the settings of the Internet browser, you can see the close button and exit the banner.

 

<Chrome browser>

  1. Click the three dots on the top right of the browser.(mceclip1.png)
  2. Zoom> clicking the minus button : Reduce the size of the screen

When you see the Close button, you can exit the pop-up banner and log in to Docswave.

 

<Edge>

  1. Click the three dots on the top right of the browser.
  2. Zoom> clicking the minus button : Reduce the size of the screen

<Whale>

  1. Click the three dots on the top right of the browser.
  2. Click the minus button to the left of 100% : Reduce the size of the screen

<Firefox>

  1. Click the three lines on the top right of the browser.
  2. Zoom> clicking the minus button : Reduce the size of the screen
